Blue and Gold Banquet
The purpose of the blue and gold banquet is to celebrate the pack 262's anniversary, recognize pack leaders and other adults who have been instrumental in the pack's success, and inspire the leaders, Scouts, and parents.
When: Friday March 26th, 2010
Where: Webster Presbyterian Church, Social Room (Pack meeting location)
Time: 6:00pm
Cost: $5/adult, $3/children 5 yrs - 12 yrs (maximum $15/family)
RSVP: Friday, March 12, 2010
Menu: Pasta, pasta and more pasta! You and your family will have a choice of white sauce, red sauce, and/or meatballs (plain noodles will be offered as well.); house salad, dinner roll and butter; dessert.
Please provide your Den Leader with the following information:
- Family Name
- Number of children (Ages 4 and Under)
- Number of children (Ages 5 thru 12)
- Number of people (13 and Older)
- Den (some families have children in more than one Den. Please tell your Den Leader where your family will be seated.)
Den Leaders - Please provide the B&G committee with one or more families for each of the jobs listed below:
- Please assign 2-3 families to bring drinks (enough for everyone in your Den)
- Please assign 1 family for Set-up
- Please assign 1 family for Clean-up
Send a complete list of families attending and the families with assigned tasks to Leonor Woodworth. Monies to be collected by Den Leaders by Monday, 3/22/10. Checks payable to PACK 262. Thank you!
